新闻:日本科学家开发出可以弯曲超薄有机EL屏幕

这款有机EL屏幕为四方形,厚0.7毫米,硅酮胶基板上配置有256个约5毫米四方的薄有机EL素子。
据介绍,有机EL是一种通电后可发光的有机化合物,显示器可以作为薄型电视及手机的屏幕利用。此次显示器可以装置在复杂的曲面上,如果可以投入实际利用,染谷教授说:“也有可能制造出地球仪一般球形,及脸形等独特形状的机器。”
